My education in Fine Art & Design was instrumental in my development, however, communication, organization and how it intersects with design is really my passion. Understanding how great design systems work - and showing others the importance of well thought out, beautiful design - is what I get the most excited about.
As Creative Director for Sotheby's International Realty, I'm responsible for the design and production of the company's marketing initiatives, driving and reinforcing the tone and style of print and online advertising campaigns and marketing programs. Working in collaboration with each of our 40+ offices, I focus on developing new approaches and tailored solutions that distinguish our company in the marketplace while addressing our agents' business needs. In addition, I implement and lead the coordination of company advertising strategies across all media, and create educational materials, presentations and guidelines for independent agents and marketing staff in offices company-wide.
Prior to joining Sotheby's International Realty, I cofounded Naked Design, LLP, a design agency specializing in visual brand development and implementation. By taking the time to understand each client and their business objectives, I was able to create effective design strategies to help them achieve their goals. Our clients ranged from smaller luxury brands like Nella Vetrina to large media corporations like USA Networks.
I actively support New York entrepreneurs in the creative industry by co-hosting Toasted Almonds, a semi-annual event where creative business people can meet and forge new relationships.
I attended Indiana University, Bloomington, where I studied Design, Business and Psychology.
