POSITION: Creative Director, Sotheby's International Realty
ROLE: I am responsible for the design and production management of the company's marketing tools and products, driving and reinforcing the brand tone and style in print and online advertising campaigns and marketing programs. Working in collaboration with each of our 40+ offices, I focus on developing new approaches and tailored solutions that distinguish our company in the marketplace while addressing our agents' business needs. Working within the network's brand structure I develop and help implement designs that will clearly identify our offices in their market, associate them with our larger company while allowing room to evolve within the growing competitive market.
In addition, I lead the coordination of company advertising strategies across media, and create training materials, presentations and guidelines for agents and marketing staff in offices company-wide with regard to creative and design.
